Information that We Collect from Users of the Clarivoy Site

Our Site includes social media features, such as buttons and widgets that allow Users to interface with other sites or services, including Facebook, Twitter and others. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on this Site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or on our Site. Tracking Technologies

We use cookies on this Site to collect information. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. When we use cookies on this Site, we may link the information we collect with User information that we previously obtained. We do not have access to, or control over, these cookies. We may use clear gifs or other technologies in our email messages to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Access

Data Controlled by Clarivoy

You may contact us online, or write to us at the mailing address specified at the end of this Privacy Policy, to have us remove, correct or update any personal information that we might have pertaining to you. We will respond within 30 days to requests by you to access your personal information.

Data Controlled by Our Clients

Clarivoy has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it processes. If you wish to access, correct, amend or delete personal information retained by our Clients, you should direct your query to the relevant Client (i.e., the “data controller”) with respect to such personal information. If a Client requests that Clarivoy remove personal information that is in our possession or control, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information and the personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to all of our Clients. In addition, we will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, satisfy our contractual obligations and enforce our agreements.

U.S.-E.U and U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbors

We only provide services to US users. Anyone overseas consents to the collection of data in the US.

Links to Other Sites

This Site contains links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by Clarivoy. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of other websites that you visit when you leave our Site. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by this Site.

Other disclosures

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, we may release PII or other information to a third party if we believe such release is necessary or desirable: (i) to comply with a law, regulation, governmental or securities exchange requirement, court order or legal process, such as a subpoena or a search warrant, (ii) to address a violation of the law, (iii) to protect the rights, property or safety of Clarivoy, its users, Clients or the public, (iv) to individuals or entities that assist us in providing our services, such as for customer support or to send emails on our behalf, or (v) to allow Clarivoy to exercise its legal rights or respond to a legal claim. In addition, if Clarivoy or substantially all of our assets are acquired, your anonymous data and PII may be among the transferred assets.

Children

We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of children. Our Site is not intended for use by children, and we do not target or solicit children in any way.

From time to time we may make changes to our Privacy Policy. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted on this page.
