Access

Data Controlled by Clarivoy

You may contact us online, or write to us at the mailing address specified at the end of this Privacy Policy, to have us remove, correct or update any personal information that we might have pertaining to you. We will respond within thirty (30) days to requests by you to access your personal information.

Data Controlled by Our Clients

Clarivoy has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it processes on behalf of its Clients, unless such an individual has otherwise provided his or her information directly to Clarivoy in a different, relationship-establishing context. If you wish to access, correct, amend or delete personal information retained by our Clients, you should direct your query to the relevant Client (i.e., the “data controller”) with respect to such personal information. If a Client requests that Clarivoy remove personal information that is in our possession or control, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information and the personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to all of our Clients. In addition, we will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, satisfy our contractual obligations and enforce our agreements.

International Use and Prohibited Use of the Site

The Site is governed by and operated in, and in accordance with the laws of, the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information we collect is transferred to and processed in the United States.  By using the Site, or providing us with any information, you consent to the collection, processing, maintenance and transfer of such information in and to the United States in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as or equivalent to laws in your country, and waive any claims that may arise under laws in your country. In addition, if Clarivoy or substantially all of our assets are acquired, your anonymous data and PII may be among the transferred assets.

Children

We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of children. Our Site is not intended for use by children and use by anyone under the age of eighteen (18) is prohibited. We do not target or solicit children in any way.
